Hi everyone who want to join one week challenge with me. Motivate each other , share food and workout tips šŸ˜
Rules
- no bad carbs
- No soda or juice
- No fast food
- No candy or chocolate
- No white bread
in conclusion just eating healthy and if you can workout for 30min a day šŸ‘

    Don't be harsh on yourself. All chocolate is not bad. Try some good DARK chocolate. You will still reduce AND feel good. A glass of red wine in moderation won't set you back either. All the best for your weeks challenge.
