Fitbit charge 3

I can't seem to get my charge 3 to sync with mfp. My fitness dashboard shows the nutrition but mfp doesn't show exercise tracked by fitbit. Any suggestions?

un-sync it and try it again.
when i wear my fitbit, i use it ONLY to log activity. i use mfp for everything else and dont pay the fitbit dashboard any attention.2 -
