I paid for Premium but did not receive it

I paid for and have a receipt for buying Premium but my account still says I am basic. I am disappointed as I don’t know what to do!

    Have you tried logging out and back in?

    Also, are you sure you paid for premium for your existing account, rather than creating a new premium account?
