Lost 86 lbs 30% of my body weight

I started last July. Starting weight of 286 lbs size 40 pants. Almost in to 42’s. 345 days later down to 200.2 lbs and size 36 pants. (And they’re a little loose). I have lost over 30% of my body weight. I had hit a plateau at a loss of 65 lbs 2 months ago. A friend told me about MyFitnessPal. Down 21 lbs more. But I am starting to have a hard time getting under the big 200. Still working hard.5hns2ia1ydfp.jpeg

    Update I am now 174 lbs lost 112 lbs 39.5 % of body weight

    tylenzer1258 there was no special diets or gimmicks. Portion control and exercise. I walked 20 minutes a day at lunch at work and did the elliptical 30 minutes a night 7 days a week. I still had pizza, burgers and donuts. Just not as much. I want to be realistic and still eat what I like. My wife has done the same thing and has lost almost 90 lbs with only working out once a day 5 days. MyFitnessPal has helped me a lot. Motivation and support. Thank you
