Hello everyone!! I’m new to this community. I wanted some tips on some weight loss strategies. This is my second week at the gym, I go to the gym 5 days per week and have been eating my greens , right amount of protein and little to no carbs. I still haven’t lost any weight and wanted to know what I could do and why haven’t I been loosing anything. Anything helps!

Have you been weighing your food and counting your calories?
Eating your greens and plenty of protein is all very good for your general health, but has nothing to do with weight loss.2 -
for weight loss it doesn't matter WHAT you eat but that you eat at a calorie deficit over time. Yes what you eat matters for overall health and satiety but not necessarily for straight out weight loss.
Also, if you started a new exercise program/increased then your muscles may well be retaining water as they repair themselves. that will pass.

Yes! I just downloaded this app yesterday and it’s help me keep track of how much calories I need to reach my goal. May I ask how long it took you to achieve your weight loss goals?

It took me two and a half years - but then I had quite a lot to lose (230 lb in total!)0
