Losing weight

Use food scale and eat the recommended serving size for each meal. Weigh yourself once every 2 weeks. I recommend working also. It will speed up weight loss.

    Personally I’d like not to work, but I have to pay the mortgage and stuff 🤷🏼‍♀️
