Looking for people to hold each other accountable

Hey guys I wanted to start off by saying that it’s tough for me to motivate myself. That being said I think having others that want to lose weight and get healthy would be beneficial. Recently I’ve noticed that I tend to snack too much and my “snacks” are sometimes what others would consider meals. I also eat and random times and since I have insomnia I tend to indulge during the night hours. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    I’m a serial starter and a serial diary-not-completer because I’m exactly the same, I get ashamed of my snackage and try to hide it!
