I'm feeling really ___________ right now

Tired. Tired of all of the unrealistic expectations of myself and of others. What to do?

I am really tired of the routine of life. My day has been pretty much the same for the last year and a half...

[*] Get up and empty the dishwasher
[*] Breakfast
[*] Go to the gym, errands, or visit grandchildren
[*] Use computer to learn Spanish (30 minutes)
[*] prepare lunch and pack dinner
[*] leave for work after lunch
[*] work 1pm-9:30pm
[*] travel home and relax in front of the TV an hour before going to bed

Days off I catch up on housework, prepare meals for the next 2-3 days, grocery shopping

I never seem to have enough time or energy to do much else.

Sad. My mother-in-law passed away yesterday morning. She had been in failing health for a while, so it wasn't unexpected, but it doesn't make it any easier.
