Recently started PT and working with trainer once a week. Luckily I have a Whirl pool and swimming pool which is what I need for rehabilitation. Quite painful right now but rubs and pain meds make it tolerable. Getting around 4 hours at a time sleep must move around due to neck and lower back pain

Hi ! Good Luck with your back! Physical therapy will be good to help strengthen and ease up some pain. I wouldnt over do exercise because it will cause more pain. Definitely take advantage of the pool and jaccuzi for exercise.0
