I recommend reading "it starts with food", it explains the Whole 30 very well. Good luck!

I would really like to try whole30; it came highly recommend to me from a friend. If there is a group this is interested in encouraging each other; sharing recipes, I would love that.

Here's where US News and World Reports ranked Whole 30 (spoiler alert, not good): https://health.usnews.com/wellness/food/slideshows/best-diets-overall?slide=40

I messaged you, op. I love whole30. It taught me so much about my body and what works for it. It changed my approach to how I fuel my runs, lifting, etc. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿงก

If you want to figure out what foods work best for you, it might be a good idea. If you want to focus on weight loss, it's not really designed to do that. You don't need to cut out foods or food groups to lose weight.
