This is a question for the ladies , does your weight loss slow down during your monthly cycle ? I haven’t noticed much change on my weight recently

Not a woman but been around enough that I can answer it
It will affect each woman different, but it is common to retain more water on your period so maintaining or gaining is completely normal and not something you should be concerned about. It will adjust back to normal several days after your cycle.1 -
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. If you know you're doing everything else right just give it some time. If it's been more than a few weeks since you've seen a change though, it might not be your cycle.0

In addition to retaining water, I've heard recent research to suggest if you aren't tracking, you eat more calories during the two weeks before you period than the first two weeks of your period.
I use a weight tracking app (and I'm in maintenance) and you can clearly see when I ovulate and when my period is just by the water weight spikes.5 -

I think the poster above was mentioning that in addition to this calorie tracking app she uses a weight tracking app.
Water weight influences your scale weight and it would not be uncommon to see this happening periodically.
If for example someone's cycle results in a 4 to 6-pound change, you would probably be able to tell their cycle if they're maintaining or losing slowly...0 -

Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear. I use Libra, because I'm on Android. I think Happyweight is available for Apple.
