56lbs to loose for my Dads wedding.

I lost a stone and put it back on due to comfort eating. I really need to change my eating habits due to my anxiety and tirdeness. I dont look fat but i wear a waist trainer...i want my body back. Anyone that can motivate me lol. I am currently 14stones (196lbs). ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    My opinion - and I fully understand if other members will shoot me down - to lose weight because of someone else, for Dad's wedding etc. - is that reason enough? Do it for yourself, make a long term plan and commit yourself for your own, healthier future. Don't worry about others - they love you the way you are, because they love your inner self, your personality.

    Hey, i understand what you are saying, however having a date to loose weight means i have a goal to work towards wich will somewhat make it easier as i have that target and an end goal. I am doing it for myself because i want to look and feel good. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Awww sorry about that I done the same on the weekend I binged and gained 5stone.i decided to try keto diet what are you gona do to lose the weight? Any paticularly diet or exercise plan?
