Need high protien breakfast ideas

Hi MyFitnessPal community I've started to log all my meals recently and found I'm almost always about 20g short on protein. Looking at my average daily meals, my breakfast specifically is lacking in protein. PLEASE send high protein breakfast ideas.

    Eggs, low fat dairy, smoked salmon, protein power.

    Anything you'd eat for any other meal too.

    eggs, cottage cheese, beans, shrimp, tuna, salmon, greek yogurt, nutritional yeast are my go-to protein sources to plan my meals around.

    Oatmeal made with soy or skim milk -add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts & a banana - that's about 15 grams.

    can anyone suggest a plant-based protein powder that tastes good? I just tried one and it's vile. don't want to waste money trying them all at $25 a go. Thanks -

    Same here, I'm lactose intolerant and all the lactose free ones are terrible. I've tried pea protein and it's just not the same as the Whey ones.

    I've been making egg muffins lately. Just mix eggs and anything else you want and cook for about 15 mins. I've been having bacon and leek in mine this week but you can have spinach, other meat or veggies
