    So I planned to make this at the beach and could not find ground turkey anywhere on the island so I decided to make it with the fresh bluefish we had caught that morning. I was really nervous that it would turn out terribly with the fish in it, but it was AMAZING! I may just continue to put fish in it from now on. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!

    Thats such a great idea.....I love fish in tacos and I never thought of this. Def will try that next time I make it

    OK, so it took me awhile but I finally made it and YUM. The whole family loved it. I didn't add the corn as the kids don't like it but kept everything else the same. GREAT dish.

    Hi everyone, newbie here this sound easy enough for me to do as my wife normally did the cooking. Yes did until we both start the diet, now it's been nothing but frozen foods Weight Watchers ect... for the past month. Anyway I was wondering what kind of salsa most of you guys are using? Also since I'm not a real big salsa fan, would it be possible to use like an enchilada gravy or something of that nature?
