    Was on the phone with my madre earlier and she apparently just got done cleaning up the kitchen from cooking and my dad must have done something as she says to me "why can't I ever keep a kitchen clean?" I said "aren't you old enough to realize that it never ends? Some say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results"
    I think I could hear her eyes rolling at me lol. I surprised she still puts up with me and my smartass comments.

    My almost 12 year old son hugged me, kissed me on the cheek and told me he loves me twice today. Once in a packed restaurant.

    Went for my endocrinologist appointment today. She's thrilled with my weight loss and my blood work came back with almost everything in normal range.

    She said I'm one of only two patients that have been able to get off insulin and stayed off. Don't have to see her for another year! 😁
