Hello all!
I went for the occasional Starbucks treat after the gym today and I made some healthier swaps (1% milk instead of 2% and 2 pumps of syrup instead of the 4 in the traditional recipe). I can find the nutrition info for the standard recipe but I know the calories and sugar will be less since I made those swaps.
Do you just log the original recipe and just give yourself the small mental win of knowing you had a slightly better drink? Or is there somewhere I can find the actual calories per pump of syrup?

pretty sure the menu has cals for the various pumps (at least in Canada). sirops are at the bottom of the menu

@Panini911 thanks! I’m surprised all syrups are the same but this is helpful! I kept looking for a chart like that in the US but I imagine it is close enough. Maybe someday apps can customize nutrition info for drinks but I’ll have to work with this.0

If I swap ingredients for lower calorie / lower sugar I’ll just log, for example, 0.8 servings of the original - it’s not terribly accurate but saves me time and effort.1

You can also look for the specific drink on their website. The nutrition info is there, and most of the time you also have the option to pick the type of milk, etc, that you used.0

That’s odd. On a cappuccino, for example, I can change the type of milk, and the nutrition info changes. https://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/espresso/cappuccino#size=39&milk=670 -

I think what the OP is saying is that while drop down takes into account milk, it doesn't take into account any syrups. For a cappuccino that isn't going to matter because it's milk and espresso. For something like a chestnut praline frappuccino (I just clicked on a random blended drink) it will.0
