Hello all. It feels like i have been off and on this ledge for the last five years and just could never fully commit. Now two and a half weeks in i feel committed. At least more than I ever have before! I want to get back down to my weight that i was before i had kids. Not only for myself, but, for them. I was diagnosed with severe arthritis in my knee at 22 and now at 28 its getting worse. I want to be able to enjoy my forties and fifties without pain.
What i could use from all of yall is some friends and motiviation if you see me slacking! By all means shoot me a friend request and lets get this journey started!
