Making a lifestyle change

Hello I’m Janey. Because of a healthy challenge at work I have began a lifestyle change. I need to lose some weight to feel better. Which I am by eating better. I am 43 and would like to lose 50 - 60 pounds. I don’t want a quick fix I want something that will last. Fitness pal has been a big help so far. I excited to see what happens.
