I upped my water intake to equal 1/2 my body weight in ounces. That seemed to make the difference!0 -

Woo Hoo! I was within 0.7 lbs of meeting my goal this month! Not too shabby. It's been a slow go process but so worth it. I'm in this for the long haul. This past weekend, we celebrated my granddaughter's 4th birthday. Amid all of the pizza, cake, cupcakes, and candy, I wasn't swayed. I loaded my own lunch to eat while others enjoyed the spread provided. We can ALL DO THIS!

I would like to join. I've lost 103 lbs, and have 117 lbs still to lose. Went from 400 lbs to my current weight of 297 lbs. Lost the weight long before I joined mfp 4 or 5 days. Been stuck at my current weight for about a year, due to physical and personal problems. I decided to join mfp because I can no longer do it by myself, and I needed to join like-minded people with similar goals.
