HELP!!!!

I just got back to healthy living a month ago, MFP sent me an anniversary congrat for 7 years last week... I must have failed to tell them we broke up for a few years.
I have been trying to eat better and work out but I swear I am only 7 pound down. I know it's not about the weight but it is...if that makes sense. Working full time, and being a wife and mother puts me in the red when it's time to make me a priority so any ideas of quick dinners, snacks, workouts is welcome. :)

    7pds in one month is EXCELLENT progress. so I think the only failure is in expectations ;) Enjoy your success, don't worry about doing "more".

    Skinnytaste and Hungry girl are two pages (websites, facebook) with recipe ideas.

    honestly for exercise I just walk. walk walk walk.
