Right now I walk 30 minutes at lunch and 2 or 3 times a night I walk another 30-40 mins (during my daughter's softball practice). We are members at a gym but honestly when it takes you 30-45 mins to get home after you get off at 5pm it's not worth going to the gym (I am not a night owl). What DVDs do you recommend that are fun and keep you on your toes from week to week? We also have a Wii so what is recommended for that as well? I have the P90X but want to wait until I have lost about 20lbs before I begin, but in the mean time....????

Julian Michaels has some great ones. My favorite is her 30 Day Shred and Banish the Fat. I'm currently doing Shawn T's Insanity dvd. It's pretty intense so I wouldn't categorize it as fun. You have to have a certain mind set to do this one (which would be an INSANE mindset LOL).
I hope this helps!0 -

If you have NetFlix or exercisetv, there a lot videos available to try.0

Oooh - I wish I had a Wii ..... Walk it Out is supposed to be very addicting
I second the previous poster - try a few workouts from exercise tv or hulu. You might find something there you really like.
I like Kelly Coffey Meyer workouts. She has a series called 30 Minutes to Fitness. The DVDs have 2 thirty minute workouts and lots of pre-mixes. Keeps the workout fresh. Look at collagevideo.com for reviews and video clips.0 -

Don't beat yourself up ..... you are the only one know's where you are at right now. Some people forget that everyone here is not in the same place. I can't do high impact at all anymore.. I just accept it.0 -
Another vote for TurboFire here too! Or Turbo Jam if you're worried that "the fire" is a little too intense at first0
