12 weeks till Memorial Day...looking to lose 12 pounds by then! That’s just one pound a week. Friend me and join in :)

Consistent logging, more movement, and staying focused!

I’m a mom of 2, 32 years old, and work full time...join me and feel comfortable in shorts by the time outdoor bbqs start!

    Who is working out to aid in the weight loss, and what do you do?

    I'm on week 3 of Beachbody's LIIFT4 program and I love it! Did chest and triceps yesterday and I went the heaviest yet so I am sore today! That HIIT session after the lifting KILLED me, it was great!

    First weigh-in for this challenge = really good! I think a good chunk was water weight but I will take the loss! I often only lose every 2 weeks so I wouldn't be surprised if next week my weight is the same or higher. I weigh myself every day so I can see past the fluctuations and see the downward trend instead.

    I'm also getting tattooed on Friday so that will put a damper on my working out for a few days afterwards.
