Weight Loss Support Group/Challenge Group

Curious how many of you would be interested in participating a weight loss support group/challenge group? It would be free of course. Not trying to sell anything/non-MLM related, but want to give back to those looking to lose weight as I've endured my own weight loss journey and know what it's like to not have the right support system (65+lbs over the past 7 years).

Sure, 60lbs down since Nov 14th...I took a very non-traditional approach, rather than follow a prescribed plan, I figured out what worked for me and implemented a plan based on those elements.

I am a junk food addict. Chocolate, candies, everything I just love! How are you all doing it to get pass your cravings! It is impossible to eat healthy every day. I need tips.0

@JanetReyna everything in moderation otherwise you will end up in a binge cycle. are you currently counting calories?2 -

I’m trying but it gets really hard when I eat in school since I work in middle school I don’t how how many calories I consume when I eat the lunch plate from school. It gets hard when I go out as well... Do you!?0 -

@JanetReyna This is why I plan ahead and bring my own food with me to work - it takes the guess work out of things. I also try to limit eating out or if I do eat out I try to make healthier choices.0 -

I’m in! Just started calorie counting about a month ago, and signed up for a membership at ilovekickboxing. I feel a lot better so far but could use the support in getting my butt to classes.
Does every one have a scale? I don’t and have been going off of how I look. Do you suggest having one during this process? I’m scared I’ll get discouraged.0 -

@emilygage012 you should definitely invest in a scale, but going off of how you look is also a great indication!1 -
I use a scale, even if I get discouraged I get on it anyway because for me it helps rather I'm doing good or bad but everyone has their own way of doing things. Sometimes a scale can be the extra boost along the way.😊1
