Pre-workout supplement??

Options
Any healthy pre-workout suppliments anyone can suggest?
I know some say its not healthy but i want to see other options and advice. I occasionally drink Gatorade.

    Just coffee for me, for the caffeine. I'd drink some Gatorade (well, I do a DIY version that is fine for my athlete level) intra-workout for the carbs. But I don't think intra-workout carbs are necessary unless you are lifting heavy and lifting for an hour or longer, and even then it's a matter of preference.

    I avoid "preworkout" drinks because they usually contain lots of caffeine or other stimulants and I'm breastfeeding, so I just stick to coffee.

    I hate PWOs. If I need something, I have a Monster Ultra Zero.

    I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "healthy."
