I'd call those chicken breast tenders 4 ounces total amount of chicken. So about 350-400 for that plate0 -
Here's the USDA site: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list0

Really? I would think each of those breasts would be about 3 oz each. So 6 oz total for about 250 calories. Maybe 30 calories for the broccoli and about 200 for the rice. So 450-500 calories total for the plate.2 -

Just a guess by size. Obviously there is no way to know for sure without weighing. But if that is what I ordered from a restaurant and had to guess, based on the size of the broccoli, that would be my estimate.0 -
Side note: what on earth is a "diet chicken breast"?0

Based on the text in the images, that appears to be a screenshot from the menu from a local restaurant called "My Danny's." The full name is "diet chicken breast plate."0 -
My guess is 490 for the whole plate, assuming no butter on the broccoli.
Chicken looks like about 1.75 servings. Rice about .75 serving. And broccoli 1 serving.0
