    Who is working out to aid in the weight loss, and what do you do?

    I'm on week 3 of Beachbody's LIIFT4 program and I love it! Did chest and triceps yesterday and I went the heaviest yet so I am sore today! That HIIT session after the lifting KILLED me, it was great!

    I work out in group training three days a week for an hour

    Nice! I still have a really hard time going a full hour!

    First weigh-in for this challenge = really good! I think a good chunk was water weight but I will take the loss! I often only lose every 2 weeks so I wouldn't be surprised if next week my weight is the same or higher. I weigh myself every day so I can see past the fluctuations and see the downward trend instead.

    I'm also getting tattooed on Friday so that will put a damper on my working out for a few days afterwards.

    Ugh I need to take a look at what I am eating because lately I am SO hungry all the time!!! I'm getting enough fat and protein so I don't know what's going on, must be hormonal!

    Sounds like you're eating well. I wonder if it's how the brain works. I notice I eat a lot, especially in the evening, when my body couldn't possibly be hungry because I've just had a good size meal. Perhaps it takes a while for our brains to adjust to our new way of eating.

    It could be that, but it's really annoying as it's affecting my workouts! No energy!

    Ack I forgot to check-in! Tattoo went well, been kinda antsy with no workouts this week so I did as much walking as I could. I posted my tattoo on my wall if you are curious.

    My weight has been fluctuating all over the place lately but this morning I finally got a whoosh, hopefully it sticks around but I expect to gain some water weight as I am going out with friends on Friday. I've been saving an extra 50-100 calories a day so I can have desert and a drink or 2 with my salad, it's gonna be sooo worth it, their deserts are AMAZING! They have this amazing plate that has a mini crème brulée, small scoop of ice cream, small brownie, and it comes with an espresso! But mostly I am excited to hang out with my friends :)
