Hi all,
My son got engaged!!! So excited and I love her so much.
So great I have a year or two right? Hell no... Sept 2019.
A few weeks ago I weighed in at an all time high of 192.
A few weeks later I'm 188.
I would like to be 160 by then.
I am using this calorie counter and back to the gym twice a week now, more later.
Wish me luck!

Good for you! You can do it! Try to eliminate processed sugars and white flour and incorporate whole grains and fruits/honey instead. I have seen great results from that. If you can exercise at least 45 mins a day that will make it go even faster.4

Not necessary.
The key to weight loss is eating less calories per day than your body can burn.
OP: Congrats! Are you using a digital food scale to weigh your foods? If not, it's the best twenty bucks you'll ever spend.0 -
