Honking Giant Container of PBP

First of all, thanks to people over at the volume eaters thread who post food tips. I just tried the Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce with dry wok’ed chicken strips, and rolled them in soft corn tortillas. Fantastic!!!! And made a nice salad the next day. Will try in a crockpot for shredded chicken next.
Lots of people raving there about peanut butter powder, too, so I ordered some from amazon. The two pound container is practically the size of a small suitcase. I just tried a tablespoon in my banana smoothie. Yum!!!!! And only 25 calories? Whaaaaaat?
What’s some other easy or tasty ways to use PBP?

I like to make a quick peanut sauce with it. Mix with some water and add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and anything else that you might like in peanut sauce (I like sambal olek or red chili flakes in mine). Great on cucumber noodles!7

OMG Jane. You read my mind, I have been craving satay!!!!3 -
I do the peanut sauce thing, too; I especially like it on soy noodles with veggies, and some raw sweet onion (or green onion) chopped up and put on top. I like it in Greek yogurt with frozen berries (still frozen), in oatmeal, as an additive to appropriate soups/stews (search "peanut soup" or "peanut stew" for traditional ideas).4

I mix it into Greek yogurt along with protein powder and fiber cereal.
I also make peanut sauce and dressing with it.
I bet it'd make a good peanut cookie too. You would just need to mix it with the dry ingredients and compensate for the lack of fat/moisture from the peanut butter--maybe applesauce would be an option, if you like apples and peanut butter together? I haven't tried this at all, but now I'm curious.4 -

It might happen in the next month. I bake cookies every week for students in a small seminar I teach, so I’ll add it to my list for this semester.0 -

I wonder if you could mix it into aquafaba? I would kill for some lo cal homemade peanut butter cookies, the kind with the little fork mash marks on top.0
