I've lost 4.1 lbs and 1.1% body fat so far and my 32C's haven't budged a bit. That's not to say they won't in the future, but my waist & tummy have shrunk by 2-3 inches and the girls are stayin' strong. :drinker:0

I have lost 35 pounds and mine got bigger!! The band size got smaller around, but my actual cup size went up.0

Boobs are fat so as you lose weight they will go down.
Since you cant spot reduce fat it might be at the beginning of your journey or the end but 99% of the time they do get smaller.0 -
Ive lost 37lbs and I went from a 40DD to a 36-38D0

I have lost 60lbs and I have lost some of mine! However before I was as heavy I was a c and I am still a d right now but they do not fit in the cup like they used to and they seem to look a bit deflated but not horrible. I swear I was worried before and now I don't even care they look fine. Good Luck and try to tone your chest with push ups that seemed to help me too!0

I have to be really tiny in order to lose my boobs. I am a size "D" now and I would have to get down to a size 6/8 to be a size "C". Now I'm working on giving them a lift with my workouts.0

Mine never get smaller when i lose weight!0

Mine got smaller but they went down to what they were before i gained weight which was a d0

Im a J and I will be LIVID if I go below a DD.0

Part of the genetics aspect probably depends on whether you had a larger cup size when you were thinner as well. I know several of my friends tend to lose sizes when they go down in weight, but they were A-cup before they gained weight.
That being said, I've always had a large cup size, even when I was thinner and younger. So far, I've lost about 30 pounds from my highest weight. My band size is going down faster than my cup size. I've "lost" about an inch on my chest measurement, but I've lost many inches from my waist and tummy area so they "look" bigger.
Either way, you will look better as you start to get in shape, regardless of what happens to your boobs! Though there will be weird transition points (I feel lumpy in some places right now because other places have lost fat quicker).
Good luck!0 -
At 145 I was 34 D at 130 I'm 32 D0

I really think it depends on genes i have always been a C even when i got up to 188 but i do know people who last there big boobies when losing weight but most her family members didnt have big ones so it only made since that she was not big busted naturaly it was only because she was carring round extra weight but i also had friend lose 30lbs and her DDs didnt go any were0

Me too, but since I started as a 34A there wasn't much boob to lose. I'm a 32B now but look just as flat as before... possibly more flat. But then I'm not complaining. I get to wear the cheapo sports bras which I didn't fully appreciate until I saw my more busty friends break their wallets on bras so they can run w/o injuring themselves.0 -

I'm a J as well!! I will be so happy if I get to just one D!! Back when i was normal size, i was just a regular D. I was so happy then!! haha0 -
I only lost about 14 lbs 5'7 I went from 138 to 124 (now I'm fluctuating between 126-128 since my honey moon but that's a different story!!!) I lost two inches from the band size but nothing from the cup!!!! I'm one of the few people who hate big boobs I was a 36D now I'm a 34D I was hoping to lose more from my boobs !!!!!0

Luckily as a man I have never worried about cup size. lol but ya know... luckily not chubby enough that I have had moobs either.0

i've lost around 20 lbs and the girls haven't budged.0

I went from a 38 DD to a 34 D.0

I tend to loose from my back first when loosing weight, before anywhere else, cup size doesn't seem to have changed yet i don't mind loosing lots from the back but not from the cup. I'm a 36 FF the only downfall to that is having to buy bras at £30 a time rather than cheapy ones lol even more annoying the more i loose as i can't afford to keep buying new ones!0

ive lost 35lb, and gone from a 36E to a 32 DD. even though my cup size hasnt gone down that much, they appear to be tiny now! they now look like a pair of ankle socks hanging down!! haha. gutted about my small boobies now, but you cant have it all ways i suppose. with my smaller waist, and a good bra, they can still look pretty good.0

Ive only lost 16 lbs and havent gone down in size yet. I have however lost 2 inches in my bust, and 2.5 in my upper chest, so far.0

I went from a 36C to a 34B (or 34A depending on the brand)0

for the people who said their cup size is not getting smaller but their band size is...
band sizes effect a cup size..
the size 34B will have the same cup size as a 36A. The only difference is the band size
These all have the same "cup" sizes: 40A, 38B, 36C, 34D, 32DD
As the band size increases, the cup size also does... a 32D has a much smaller cup than a 34D or 36D or 38D...0 -

The other day, my bro (who's been losing weight with me) looked at me and said, "you know, your waistline is MUCH smaller now." Yay! Then he added, "and your boobs got smaller, too!" Coming from him, I'm sure that was a genuine compliment, since he's not into big breasted girls. Still, I hope my girls won't shrink TOO much from now on! :laugh:0
