I didn’t have a great week on the scale. Last Saturday I woke up to 197 so I was like awesome!! But then this whole week I’ve been to yo-yoing between 197.4 and 198’s. I stayed on track for the week and logged. I just started TOM today so I’m hoping that was the reason and that I have a nice drop this week.2 -

On the 9th I experienced a weight fluctuation but on the 10th it went down from where the 8th was by 1.4 lbs. I'm going to start weighing myself less than normal and not stay so focused on it.
