Gaining weight

Hey all! I’ve been trying to gain weight. Right now I’m 117. Was 120 but got sick & lost weight. Have two kids so the only “fat “ I have is my stomach . Been wearing a waist trainer.
Trying to eat healthy as well as gain some weight. My goal is 135. So far I’ve been gaining weight. But I have to follow my daily routine 😩 mainly plenty of water still, 1 ensure a day . 1 breakfast essential a day. & of course regular foods.. any tips? So appreciates!

I’m guessing you have a super fast metabolisms as well took me awhile to gaining weight but now I have unlocked secrets lol I make YouTube videos and also give advice to all I can0
