I downloaded the app...again..at the suggestion of my doctor..to make me "accountable".
I'm a fairly new type 2 and overweight...with fibro and degenerative OA..
I just kind of have up on me.
BUT!! Here I am again and I need motivation ladies..and maybe a butt chewing too.
