yummy chicken salad wrap

Just wanted to share a yummy lunch recipe that I found in "Women's Health" magazine:

Chicken Salad wrap:
1 whole-wheat wrap
3 oz chicken breast, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 cup chopped apple
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup baby spinach leaves
2 slices tomato

Very delicious and satisfying.....although, I didn't have any celery when I made it for lunch today, so I used chopped green onion instead. It was awesome!

It was approximately 379 calories
