Are you making anything special?
I had a request from my daughter for Reuben soup and Bailey’s brownies. Very high calorie for both, but should work calorie wise. We have a big breakfast on Sundays, and eat supper at about 3pm. So only two meals. I’ll probably cut back on breakfast for myself.

I might grab another corned beef brisket from Aldi. I got one last weekend for under $6.

I just threw it in the crockpot with some quartered redskin potatoes and some cabbage. It took about 5 hours on high to get to the point where it just fell apart.

I use pressure cooker/instapot . Done in an hour... Addtl 30min for the veggies..

It wasn't quite on St Patrick's day but I did do a beef and guiness stew this week.

Shepherd's pie, parsnip and potato soup, slaw, soda bread. Appetizers will be cucumber rounds with shrimp and avocado deviled eggs. Dessert is a creme de menthe torte.
