2 weeks and no fat loss

So it’s been 2 weeks I started my weight loss journey, and so far I see no fat loss. I have lost weight. Before I was 59kg and now 56.9kg. I see others seeing fat loss in 2 weeks. I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’m tracking my food and do I workout 6 days per week. I’m a girl, 18, 5.2ft and now weigh 56.9kg. I eat 1550 cals a day and this is including my exercise cals. Maybe my expectations are too high? Ugh idk😞

How do you know you haven’t lost fat as a part of the change in scale? You are expecting too much too quickly.

Yeah u have a point. I have one of those scales that show estimated fat, water and muscle. My fat hasn’t changed

Concentrate less on that scale. Take pictures every Monday and pay attention to how your clothes fit and feel. If you keep doing what your doing and compare your starting picture to a picture you take a month from now you'll see major differences.

You’re in the normal BMI range for your height. Weight loss at this point would happen extremely slowly. If you’re unhappy with your body, I recommend starting a recomp plan to build muscle and cut fat instead of focusing on weight loss.

Scales are great for providing you with your weight...they're pretty much useless for giving you any other data. Consumer Reports won't even report on them any longer given that none of them provide accurate data.

You've lost 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks. That's plenty. Those scales don't mean anything. They may be mildly helpful in measuring changes over long periods of time but they have a high margin of error and you shouldn't even bother with their readings in such a short time.
