Low calorie snacks on the go

I am trying to stick to the dietary restrictions of my fitness pal but I need some snack ideas for work. I already have almonds. Yogurt is a lot of sugar. Other ideas?

    Some of my favorites in any combination:

    Plain old fashioned oatmeal with sweetener of choice (150 cals for 1/2 cup dry)
    Tuna pouches (@80 cals)
    Canned broth soups
    Canned, fresh or frozen fruit & veggies
    Fig Newtons
    Plain Greek yogurt with your sweetener of choice (I use Splenda)
    Smoked turkey sticks (80 cals for 2)
    Laughing cow cheese wedges (25 cals each)
    Low carb wraps (50-60 cals each)
    Sandwich thins (90 cals each)
    Eggs (75 cals each)
    Chicken breast
    Frosted mini wheats (dry, no milk)

    I don’t consider almonds or any nut a low calorie food.
    Carrots, popcorn, most fruits.

    Apples, celery with peanut butter, kale chips, hummus, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, edamame, and peas!

    Yep.. but be careful with the pb. I'd portion it out in a dish first, otherwise, just slathering it onto celery sticks could lead to huge portions being eaten. That's a lot of calories in a hurry.

    Skyr and greek yogurt doesnt tend to have a lot of sugar.

    Some snacks I take to work are hard boiled eggs, fruit, carrots and bell peppers with/without hummus, yogurt.

    Snacks at work that are quick - raw carrots, sliced apple, sliced bell peppers. I take a green protein shake to work to get my greens. 🥬
