Is there a way to synch my activity data from the activity app on my Apple Watch with MyFitnessPal?

I don't think MFP has an app for the Apple watch. Check the app tab to be sure. I wish they did.

Check the Apple App Store. The description says MFP has an Apple Watch app.

I use the health app on the iPhone and that syncs them over together!

You hook up the Apple Health app, not Activity or the Watch itself.

Once you've synched your Apple Watch with MFP (https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1689726-how-do-i-link-or-unlink-myfitnesspal-with-apple-s-healthkit-), the good news is that you'll notice a calorie credit for activity you have tracked on your watch as exercise. The bad news is that "activity" calories per se will not result in a calorie credit even if your daily burn is quite large if you haven't tracked particular exercise. I use FITiv for my gym stuff and those calories do result in a calorie credit.
