No, it is not sustainable. 1200 before exercise is the minimum safe level. Most women need considerably more.2

No. That’s only leaving 300-500 calories to fuel your base metabolic processes such as, y’know, breathing and heartbeat.
I saw in your other post* that you’ve been losing weight quickly by fasting and undereating; those are dangerous things to do, and if you keep them up you risk doing yourself serious physical damage. The body will burn muscle as well as fat in large deficits, for example, and your heart is a muscle. There are other fundamental metabolic processes that will stop working properly because there’s no fuel for them.
* Which may be deleted, by the way, as these forums have rules against promoting unsafe dieting practices8 -

Thanks for your advice! That would be idiotic if they delete my post, I’m here for advice for my well being not promote anything that’s harmful. That’s why I’m asking for answers/advice!! I’ve lost majority of my weight during my 14 day fast. Since incorporating my workouts my weight has been stagnant! It’s not like I am totally starving myself, I just don’t have the appetite. I’ve known ppl that’s lived for years eating once a day(1000cal) with a cup of coffee in the morning with absolutely NO HEALTH problems! Including 2 of my uncle (72yo & 76yo) they can do sit ups, push-ups etc as if they were still younger. One works full time retired this year and the other still runs an entire Lumber company since being 18 when he first moved to this country. Most of my family are vegetarians/vegan! My granddad is another one. His 75yo coffee& eggs(everyday) in the mornings, steak(fried hard/burnt) w/home fries and a Pepsi EVERYDAY he still works at my uncles Lumber company and drive lumber all across the country and works for the DOT! No health problems and he smokes cigs! Just afraid to stop working because they’re afraid that’s when they could die.9 -

I do however make sure I eat my 1000-1200cal before work outs and whatever I burn I replace afterwards. The 1000-1200calorie deficit is only temporary. I don’t understand how it’s that bad when there are doctors that are out here recommending some ppl be put on liquid diets months at a time. I only went without food for 14days while gradually upping in calorie intake🤷🏽♀️ BTW I started off morbidly obese. Breathing problems, skin issues, chronic fatigue, migraines, tachycardia, borderline diabetic, hypertension, vision problems me requiring medication for all now I don’t have to take NO MEDICATIONS. No where near diabetes, no BP medicines, no breathing problems, no headaches/migraines. Just full alertness and energy!1 -

That's not what you originally said.....
"Calorie intake 1000-1200 and Calories burned 700-800 daily"
Which is it? Is your total intake 1000-1200 or 1700-2000?7 -
You asked: "Calorie intake 1000-1200 and Calories burned 700-800 daily is that realistically sustainable"
Short answer: No
You asked for advice and the advice is that you are not eating enough. You should be eating at least 1200 + your excercise calories.
To address your second reply: There is no way you can know how much someone else is eating for years unless you are weighing and measuring all their food. Also just because someone else is still around and working in their 70's with no apparent health issues doesn't mean this will apply to YOU.
Your grandad is fueling himself with with protein and carbs, Eggs, Steak, Potato, probably eating fruit and veg as well. I bet he is eating really well. You however are not.
Fasting for 14 days at a time is not doing you any favours please don't do that to yourself. Wouldn't it be more pleasant to eat a few healthy filling meals and some snacks every day? You need to keep your nutrition and calories up to fuel your workouts before you do some serious damage to your health.
I hope you will heed the advice offered and eat more. Good luck.

It doesn’t mean that it won’t either. Idk if any of you even get where I am getting at! I am not trying to base myself according to how anyone eats or anyone meal plan. I am just giving out examples how each individual is different🧠 What May work for some may not work for others. This was all cleared and okayed by doctor(not the fasting)!! Like I said this is something that Ive been doing while gradually upping my intake. You no nothing about what I eat on daily. I give info on what they eat not me so do a little re-reading honey!14 -
