Activity level

Hi was just wondering if people adjust there activity level for days they are at work (assuming your job is an active one) then change it again for days off. Thanks in advance

    I don't do this for work, but I do adjust my calorie intake on my more active days (I have an exercise entry called Active Day Calorie Adjustment for 300 calories) to give myself a smaller deficit on days when I am exercising rather than just walking a lot. (I get a mad appetite when I am rowing or running)

    The activity level is meant to not be changed. It assumes that humans do not work 7 days a week so it is all kind of averaged in there over the course of the week.

    I don't change the activity level... I set it and forget it.

    I do change it... daily... because my Fitbit adjusts my calories out every day according to my "actual" activity level (with an error of slightly less than 5% of TDEE based on my general logging on average)

    I use an apple watch and just trust what it says. The only problem I have is days I play the banjo or uke or drum because it thinks those are steps.

    Someone here commented that they play drums and are able to get high step counts from drumming. So, I think you’re correct.

    Technology can be fooled.
