I did about 20 minutes of cardio/dance. Now I’m warming up again with the kid with basketball and then we we’re going to do a couple sets on the weight machines

I did a 15min walk to warm up then did 1 hour of restorative yoga...loved it.

1 hour lunch ride, got my brake rotors changed. 1.5 hours after work ride. 25 miles total. The sun came out, it got warm, it's glorious out.0
