Hello

It is my goal to loose 10-15 pounds and to get healthy. Last year I lost 50 pounds by just cutting back on bad foods and not drinking empty calories. But those bad habits are hard to kick and they have come back. My favorite thing in the world is a 24oz DR PEPPER - with a little ice. But every time I drink one I tell myself this is the last time. I am busting out of all the new clothes I bought and Summer is fast approaching. I gained 17 pounds back total but I don't need to loose that much again. I need to get fit and I am trying not to consume more than 1400 calories per day. I planned to get to the gym for at least 30 minutes 3 days a week.
