Wednesday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Mountain Climbers

Let's see if we can do 150.

These are new to my challenges so be sure and post back how you did so I know well we can handle them.
For counting purposes both legs is one.

If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Ooh that one got the heart going! 150 completed here - thanks for the challenge (also thanks for making them mountain climbers not plank jacks.... I think I'd collapse on those).

    All right, lets give it a shot, I did the leg raises, i did the arm curl thingies. Worst that happens, can't do 150, het 75, and want to quit, I can't quit. I never back down from a challenge, and I rarelt let a challenge defeate me, let's do this!

    I'm not participating in this challenge, but if we end up doing these in martial arts class tonight (as we often do), it's all your fault!!!!
