    I unfortunately can attest to this, when I in a really bad mood, my coworker usually then gets in a bad mood, because she thinks everything is her fault, even if my bad mood started on my day off... it's her fault... must be nice that the world revolves around her... so after she gets grumpy, mine usually lifts....

    I unfortunately can attest to this, when I in a really bad mood, my coworker usually then gets in a bad mood, because she thinks everything is her fault, even if my bad mood started on my day off... it's her fault... must be nice that the world revolves around her... so after she gets grumpy, mine usually lifts....

    There's one guy at my office who has occasional bad mood days. I used to avoid him when he was that way. Now I ask him to join me for coffee... It seems to help defuse Mr Grumpy Pants.

    I think it's sweet that despite how awful he is to her, her first instinct is to worry for him and encourage him that he still has time to run home and get it, rather than gloat :smile:
