Hi everyone! I'm Daria, 20y.o. and I really want to lose weight and get into shape. Like REALLY. There is not much time until summer, and because of that, I'm looking for people like me to motivate each other! Let's keep in touch, get to know each other and stay fit! ๐๐
I am 63kg (139 lbs) now and my goal is 55kg (121 lbs), 167cm. I'm trying to go to the gym 6 days a week and recently I've started logging food as well. How about you guys?! ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป

So happy to hear from you Cloe๐ wow, 7 days a week?! I still donโt know much about workout, so when I come to the gym I do two 15min workouts with my fav youtuber Emi Wong, usually for legs and arms (because these are my nightmare๐คฃ). After that I do some cardio like 20-30min of slow pace run.
