I just entered a whole avocado in my food journal to see what the carbs were it only have me 3 carbs...I would double check your entry maybe put USDA-avocado and see what you get1

Well the good news is that being in Ketosis doesn't actually matter for weight loss so whether you were over 50 carbs or not is really just for you on a personal level.17

Even if you are out of ketosis for a few hours, it's not a big deal. I wouldn't worry unless you need high ketones for a medical issue.3

More like 13 or so for a whole avocado.

I would suggest weighing your portions for more accurate logging rather than selecting entries that are based on size like medium, as that can vary quite a bit. I think something may be screwy with the database as well, as one of the verified entries for a Hass avocado showed up as 744g of carbs. I would venture that you are probably right on track with your avocado for carb count.Well the good news is that being in Ketosis doesn't actually matter for weight loss so whether you were over 50 carbs or not is really just for you on a personal level.
The title of the topic is "Ketosis," so it's pretty clear that the OP is talking about a setback from being in ketosis. There's no mention of weight loss anywhere in the OP.9 -
I see half of a medium avocado is 5.5 G of carbs. So 11 G for a whole one.3

This.
And also weighing is a good idea for something like avocados, since they do vary in size.
For ketosis net carbs are what matter, and an avocado is probably around 12 or 13 total (depending on size) but only 3 or so net, given fiber. (For weight loss calories are what matter, although some find that keto levels of carbs help them stay in a deficit, often not really because of ketosis itself, so I would not assume that OP's concern is about ketosis and not weight loss, but could be coming from an assumption she can't lose eating more carbs.)
Anyway, OP, your 62 g seems to be total carbs, not net -- track fiber and subtract it. Your numbers could still be keto-level and if a bit high it's no biggie.6 -
