I was 63 kilos before 3 days.
I became 75 kilos . After some potato ideas and work I became 67 kilos in 43 days.
Trying to get 64 kilos and build some muscles 💪21 -

My highest weight was 200 lbs but I am around 175 lbs in this before picture. 143 lbs in the after and aiming to get down to 125!!77 -

1st picture is 2007, 2nd picture is a couple of months ago. I was probably about 260 lbs then and am currently 187 lbs. I've fluctuated between my lowest weight of 173 lbs and highest weight of ~260 lbs. I'm ready to finally get down to my goal weight of 150!28

Not really a success story because I've still got a loooonnggg way to go but thought I'd share.... :-/ I was sceptical of the scales because i didn't see any difference physically but since I was last weighed a couple months ago I lost 40lbs. I thought I couldn't see the difference but a friend said you can really see it in my face and i guess she was right, what do you think?
