I am 5’4’’ and currently 135. I want to get to at least 120 but 115-118 would be amazing. Seems at my 1 pound per week weight loss rate that this will take forever.... or at least 20 weeks! I started at 146 January 1.

I worked at a clothing retailer. Clothes companies changed their sizing because women wanted to wear a smaller size. Crazy that the women would buy an expensive brand just because of the tag. NO ONE BUT YOU SEES THE TAG. Hint: cut out the tags that depress you and MFP on!

I'm done losing but I stay within a range of 110 to 115ish. I lost my period at 105 and I start to look too puffy for my body type at 120.

I was 105-110 most of my life...till my mid-thirties. Got up to 158 by 41. My first goal was 135, and now that I'm there, I still see an area between my c-section scar and my belly button that needs to go - I'm thinking 120 or 125 will be a better fit for me.

I’m 5’3 and I lost 140 lbs.. I was at my goal weight of 135 for a short time until I got a tummy tuck and breast implants. I ended up gaining 20 lbs immediately after that procedure and only losing about 5 of that. I looked amazing but the scale didn’t want to budge. It is strange how I weigh more now, but my body is much better looking. So I’m here at 155.. still kind of screwed up about the whole “goal weight” thing. Trying to come to terms with the fact that I really need to stop focusing on the number and really just focus on sculpting exercise and how great I feel. Remember..

A butterfly can’t see its own wings, it doesn’t see its own beauty the way the world sees it. A lot of us are like that too.

5’3 - current goal is between 135 (high school weight 😯) and 150. We’ll see what my body wants to do when it gets there, still a ways away. I’m naturally muscular and have a big frame, so I’ll likely always be on the upper edge if the healthy weight range, and I’m ok with that.

I am 5’2 ish and feel best around 105. Right now in maintenance at 108 but as an adult never been more than 118 or less than 95. I am very active with a muscular ‘fire hydrant’ shape.

5'3... current goal is 140 -144 which is the high weight for my height. I'm very curvy so I find below 140 I look malnourished. Right now I've been yoyoing between 158 -162... I weighed 156 when I was 9 months pregnant and have been trying to lose 15 lbs for almost 10 yrs now in order to get into 140s. Kinda trying not to get down on myself. MFP has me at 1220 calories to lose 1 lbs a week but I think I'm gonna up that to 1500 and increase my daily workouts from 20 to 45 min. I'm almost 40, might be perimenopausal so I really want to get into 140s so I can focus more on maintaining.

My main focus is losing inches... I'm 37 inches around my midsection which is making me look pregnant. I find that I tend to not have any excess weight in my midsection when I hit 151 lbs so that is my immediate goal.

5'3". Currently 145.25 lbs. My official goal weight is 120 lbs and I'd be very pleased with that. Unofficially, 110-115 lbs for vanity. But so long as I'm a UK size 10 and I look okay in underthings and a swimming costume I would have no genuine reason for going below the 120 lb.

I'm just under 5'4" and my goal is 150 lb. Currently, I have 85 lb. to lose.

I know 150 lb. is a bit higher than most people would suggest based on my height, but based on my body frame, I feel comfortable at that weight. I have a large bone structure, so I'm comfortable being on the higher end of the healthy weight scale.

@rahiin I'm 5'4" and my goal is 145-150 lbs. Feel free to add me

I’m 5’3 as well and I’m exactly the same as you. Goal weight is 125 but thinking about going to 115-120. But stuck at 127

It all depends on body type though. My hips are HUGE and I have a lot of boob. So even at 127 I still look like a bigger girl.

5’2.5 , and at 303lbs now, I’d love to be 135. (Which is what I was before I had my son-22 yrs ago). We’ll see how it goes. I’ll be thrilled to death just to get below 200 at this stage.
