    Hi, I'm from Kent and completely new to MFP. I need support, encouragement, motivation and ideas to shift about 7kg... (clearly don't need much 😂)

    Hi I'm from Birmingham I stared on 1 March with recital u coffee helps lose weight I was 11st 8lbs I am now 10st 13lbs is that gud or bad 😊
