We're almost finished with March. This has been interesting (my first challenge), and am curious to know what challenges people are doing for April?0

We're almost finished with March. This has been interesting (my first challenge), and am curious to know what challenges people are doing for April?
I have multiple, 5 lb challenge, Biggest Loser Challenge, 3 month weight loss challenge, 10 lbs for Easter, some ongoing for the year like 100 lbs loss for 2019, 52 lbs in 52 weeks, a 17 weeks till summer challenge, and one where we do rounds (for 10 days).2 -
I do multiple ones to. I like to see my daily and weekly fluctuations. It kind of helps put things into perspective. If I don't lose on one challenge and I lose on another at least there is progress some where. I do 5lbs in March (weigh in Wed), Spring challenge (weigh in Mon) , the everyday for 10 days, 13 week challenge (Weigh in Sat), and another March challenge (weigh in Thur). It just keeps me accountable all of the time.1

I'm in. I had an inflated water weight gain last month of 4.8 pounds. So my goal for March is to get rid of the 5 pounds I gained plus get to 145! I need to get well established in the 140's this month without fail! Weigh in days will be Wednesday.
2/28 - 153.3
3/1 - 154.9 TOM is killing me. Will be done by Sunday and should be going strong by next weigh in
3/6 - 153.0 so I am slowly getting rid of the water weight. Hopefully next week I will be way lower
3/13 - 152.7 down a little but not enough. Waiting for a good whoosh!
3/20 - 151.8 don't think I am going to make my goal, but I am going down and that's all I can hope for. However slow that may be!
3/27 - 151.1 and down we go. Don't think I am going to see the 140's this month, but getting super close!

Goal to lose 8.3 pounds by 3/31!
Lost so far : 1.5 pounds only 6.8 to go!

March 15: 153.6 (-5.8#) wow! I'm really beginning to see just how much hormones affects my weight loss!
March 22: 152.4 (-7#) really pleased with this progress however 'plateau season' is just around the corner so I've gotta be extra careful next week if I want to stay at or below my goal by next Friday!
March 29: 153 (-6.4) ah well, not a surprise as I haven't been that careful this week. Although it's not officially the end of the month, I'm expecting a gain this weekend as were visiting friends so there will be a lot of social eating, so I'm taking this as my 'official' result!
Total loss for March 6.4 lbs
Looking back at my weight loss logs over the past six years, 6.5 lbs seems to be my monthly average so this is reassuring! Although my net average calorie intake this time has been much lower than in the past so either my metabolism is slowing down with age or I've been much less active. Something to think on for the April challenge!
