Anyone else NOT feel good after exercise?

Great after a basic workout or step aerobics. Tired, groggy, grumpy, and dizzy after HIIT.1

I’ve been exercising for years - and I’ve tried everything - but have never felt anything that would resemble the endorphin-induced high so many people talk about. I’ve varied the time of day I exercise, the type of exercise I do, my pre- and post-exercise routines, but still nothing. At best I don’t feel any different than I did before I exercise and at worst I just feel exhausted, lethargic and demotivated afterwards. I think some people are just wired differently from a hormonal response perspective, although none of the Endocrinologists, Sports Psychologists, Sports Medicine Doctors or Neurologists I’ve discussed my situation with can point to any science to back up my suspicion.1
